Helping organisations to succseed

Internal audit is an independent and objective function that helps an organization meet its objectives through a systematic approach to assessing and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal control systems and corporate governance. It creates added value by independently and objectively evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, the internal control system and corporate governance.

Depending on the regulatory requirements and the specificity of each company, different models of setting up this function are possible - from the establishment of a stand-alone organizational unit of internal audit, through co-sourcing to a partially or fully outsourced internal audit function (outsourcing).
