FINANCIAL REPORTING Instructions for preparing and submitting the financial statements of non-profit organizations for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2022.

The financial statement for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2022 (hereinafter: semi-annual financial statement) is submitted by:

  • non-profit organizations obliged to keep double-entry bookkeeping,
  • non-profit organizations that have been established three years ago or less and
  • non-profit organizations that meet the requirements for keeping simple bookkeeping, but have decided to keep double-entry bookkeeping.

 

RESEARCH The employment of women in management positions has become more frequent

Women are at a disadvantage in the business world than men, from making it difficult to get into leadership positions to being underpaid at all levels. The patriarchal society and gender segregation of labor puts women in stereotypical traditional "female" profession that are significantly less paid than "male" profession. Most developed countries have laws that ensure gender equality in all spheres of private, social and business life and the actual data show a slightly different situation.
